2. 使用 ZOOM 上课，学生必须开启摄像头（WEBCAM）。未开启摄像头超过三次， 会有第一次WARNING（WARNING），累计三次警告本院有权取消上课资格，学费不退还。如因特殊原因无法开启摄像头，需家长写信申请。
Students must turn on their webcam during ZOOM classes. Failing to do so three times will result in a warning. If a total of three warnings are issued, we reserve the right to terminate the student from the class, and no refund will be given. If there are specific challenges, parents must submit a letter to apply for an excuse.

3. 禁止将 ZOOM 链接分享给他人，违者将被取消上课资格，学费不退还。
You are not allow to share zoom links to others. We reserve the right to dismiss the violators from the class, and no refund will be given.

4. 若 APP/WEBAPP 提供当月老师的补习recording，学生可在 30 天内无限次观看，30 天后补习recording将自动删除。
If the APP/WEBAPP provides class recordings, students can view them for 30 days. Recordings will be deleted after 30 days.

5. Dr. CS Wong 老师的课程一律不提供补习recording，取而代之，免费提供 Dr. CS Wong 助教小班制辅导和教学视频。助教视频可随时无限次观看，教学方式严格遵循 Dr. CS Wong 的教学风格与方法。
Dr. CS Wong’s classes do not offer recordings. Instead, free tutorial sessions and tutor videos are provided, following Dr. CS Wong’s methods.

6. 所有最新或紧急信息将通过 APP/WEBAPP 通知。因个人原因未查看信息者，本院一律不负责。
Any latest or emergency info will be updated and notified through APP/WEBAPP. Please take note that our company will not be held accountable for any oversight on students’ and parents’ behalf.

7. 每月每科有 4 堂课（农历新年月份除外)。可通过 APP/WEBAPP 的课程日历查看并出席课堂。任何临时更改将通过 APP/WEBAPP 通知，因个人原因未查看信息者本院不负责。
There are 4 classes every month (except for the Chinese New Year month). You can check the class calendar through the APP/WEBAPP. Any emergency changes to the class schedule will be updated and notified via APP/WEBAPP. Please take note that our company will not be held accountable for any oversight on students’ and parents’ behalf.

8. 每三个月至少会布置 1 次 ONLINE HOMEWORK 或 LIVE QUIZ，供学生完成以了解学习进度。所有问题均根据课堂内容设计，确保无压力地帮助孩子进步（SPEAKING ASSESSMENTS 除外）。
Students will receive ONLINE HOMEWORK or a LIVE QUIZ every 3 months to assess their progress. All questions are based on the class syllabus and are designed to be stress-free (except for SPEAKING ASSESSMENTS).

9. 未交 ONLINE HOMEWORK 或 LIVE QUIZ 超过三次，第一次收到警告（WARNING）；累计三次警告，本院有权取消上课资格，学费不退还。如因特殊原因无法按时完成，请务必提前通知老师说明情况。
Failure to submit ONLINE HOMEWORK or LIVE QUIZ three times will result in warnings. After three warnings, we reserve the right to terminate the students from the class, and no refund will be given. Inform teachers in advance if you cannot complete the ONLINE HOMEWORK or LIVE QUIZ on time.

10. 请确保在报名前了解所选补习老师的详情。报名后一律不接受退款。
Please ensure that you understand the details of the selected tutor before registering. No refunds will be provided after registration.

11. 若因特殊原因需提前停补，补习费退款数额将扣除 RM10 作为行政费用。报名费和 APP费不予退还。
If early termination is required due to special circumstances, RM10 will be deducted as an administrative fee from the refundable tuition fee. The registration fee and APP fee are non-refundable.

12. 每年无论是新生还是旧生，均需支付 RM10 报名费和 RM30 APP费。
Both new and existing students are required to pay a RM10 registration fee and a RM30 APP fee annually

13. 若学生未在每月 14 号前支付上个月的学费，将被直接从系统中移除，同时取消上课资格。
If a student fails to pay the previous month’s tuition fee by the 14th of the current month, they will be removed from the system and terminated from the class.

14. 邮寄资料按每人收费，不论报读科目数量（西马/东马：RM10/人/次）。
The courier fee for learning materials is charged per person, regardless of the number of subjects. (West/East Malaysia: RM10 per person per delivery)

15. 次月邮寄资料将在当月 23 号寄出。如在当月 23 号后报名次月新科目或加科，需额外安排一次邮寄，并支付多一次邮费。
If learning materials for registered subjects have been sent out on the 23rd of the month and new subjects are registered afterward, the student will need to pay an additional courier fee for a second delivery of the materials.

16. 学生需在当月 14 日前通知本院停补次月科目，否则将需支付 RM10 行政费用。
若次月科目的笔记已寄出，学生需自行承担邮费，将已寄出的停补笔记退还本院。
Students must inform the centre by the 14th of the current month if they wish to terminate any subjects for the following month. Failure to do so will incur an administrative fee of RM10.
If learning materials for a specific subject have been sent out prior termination, the student is responsible for covering the learning materials return shipping fee to the center.

17. 若有兄弟姐妹报读且邮寄地址相同，可申请合并邮寄（COMBINE PARCEL），只需支付一次邮寄费用。
Siblings with the same shipping address can request combined shipping for one fee.

18. 禁止发表含不雅字眼，冒犯或无礼的评论或回应，若被发现，将收到第一次警告（WARNING）。累计三次警告，本院有权取消上课资格，学费不退还。
Offensive or rude comments or responses are not allowed. A first warning will be issued for violations. After three warnings, we reserve the right to terminate the student from the class without a refund.

19. 每堂课学生需提前 15 分钟准备好上课资料，开启摄像头（WEBCAM）并进入 ZOOM 等候上课。
Students must be ready for class 15 minutes before the scheduled time with their webcam turned on and join the ZOOM link.

20. 所有上传在 APP/WEBAPP 的当年学期资料将在那学期的最后一天自动删除，但 Form 5 的资料将保留至SPM 考试结束。
All materials uploaded to the APP/WEBAPP for the current intake will be automatically deleted on the last day of the intake, except for Form 5 materials, which will be retained until the SPM exams end.

21. 本院保留调整价格表的权利，报名时将依据最新价格表收费。报名后不接受退款。
We reserve the right to adjust the tuition fees. Fees are charged according to the latest rates, and no refunds are provided after registration.

22. 家长或学生的反馈可能被用作宣传用途，但不会注明姓名，除非获得同意。
Feedback from parents or students may be used for promotions without names unless consent is given.

23. 本院保留随时修改条款与细则的权利，恕不另行通知。
We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
